A very sad event. When out shooting there are precautions and safety measures to always follow Love Jeep and Flip flops Halloween shirt. Always know if a round is chambered. If not inspect. Was always taught to always keep it downrange. That’s how most accidents occur. Safety first always. Some “instructor”.
