Sounds like CPS didn’t do their job correctly. Go figure. Probably wasn’t an adaptable kid. So no title 4 for them. Even if she had grown up in the same bedroom, it wouldn’t be her fault. I do understand why they are reporting on this: he is connected to a public figure. It’s more about his crime than anything else.
