What makes me sad the most is others handling your chair has no respect at all A good day starts with coffee and ends with wine shirt. I’ve lost parts from my new chair and they couldn’t even find the parts that I was missing. Did you know most airports they just threw your chair in without caring what brakes or falls off? I probably will never fly again in my life because of that. So frustrating!
