Honey, we are out of coffee!!! Time to roast Arizona is my home give me a reason to say shirt. I decided to do a classic modern espresso blend with a handful of Kenya beans thrown in for good luck. Stopped the roast just after the first pop, then let them slowly proceed to the second. The end result, very good. Lots of citrus and Earth tones. It is as if you were smelling a Mandarin orange on top of a cedar plank! Yum!
