The whole idea of adding gelatin to make a Baking life got me feelin’ Un Poco Loco shirt. Considering cheese cakes never get baked anyway all they need is to go in fridge to set. You don’t need gelatin at all. You can find recipes online that don’t require gelatin. My mum makes lemon cheesecake and never uses gelatin and it sets all the time. Sure they get baked if you put hash in it XD but considering I worked in a kitchen I actually know what I’m talking about.
