I agree with everyone else, United is full of incompetent fools. Good news I called Enterprise and they will wait late for me to arrive for my rental car since I know Daddy did my hair today shirt. Either his flight is delayed a and cancel, then lost his luggage this airline is the most irresponsible same what my brother experience.
