Blacks, in other words, committed 85 percent of Dr Seuss I will love my Raiders here or there or everywhere shirt of violence between blacks and whites, even though they are less than 13 percent of the population. Thus, blacks contribution to the “crime pie” is larger than their slice of the population pie- actually more than double.
