It’s oddly entertaining. Today, the machine ate my bread. The line behind me was not amused as they had to wait for me to fish it out of the machine (all 10 fingers intact thankyouverymuch). Sandwiches this week will have character! Nice walk home. I found a shortcut this morning so I don’t have to walk directly past a shebeen (makeshift bar), and that has made all the difference.
