This is kind of what I’ve been missing with this band since the astounding Independence Day 4th of July Busch Light America Flag shirt. That one was so subversive and evocative. And of course, things like “Secular Haze” created such a sense of mystery. But since then it all feels a bit farcical. This Content belongs to NowbestShirt. The Cardinal videos were one long disappointing joke, the music videos lost any sense of focus after Rats, and I’m left wondering, what’s the point of all this?
