I had a lot of fun putting this cake together. I need this Just a girl who loves rum shirt. But yes baking and constructing a cake in this heat is really not the ideal situation for baking but when you get amazing feedback from the client, it just makes all your efforts worthwhile. I just love this family and nanny Faye, I’m with you girl don’t be touching my rum. Mac introduced it to me about 10 years ago and it’s something I just enjoy. Now, don’t get me wrong, I love some rum and fruity drink as much as the next girl, but bourbon is really good, too so this Drink of the Day is now on my list and the cool name works for me, too!
