I learned my lesson after giving “The Wiz” and “Malt whiskey Jack Daniels shirt” a chance on its own merit. Both were just plain garbage and this doesn’t look to be any different. Who cares if it’s based on the movie or the musical? It looks like complete garbage. If the musical was made of the movie then you can’t expect it to be compared, There is not original “merit” to being with to judge it on.
